Meet with Chelsi Scott for a free workshop for World Mental Health Day. She will be at our store to talk with the group about goal setting and relaxation techniques (including a guided imagery session) and how to combine these to mentally prepare/create a race plan. Chelsi Scott, PhD, is a sport psychology consultant who helps athletes unlock their full potential. With a doctorate from the University of Kansas, she specializes in creating motivational environments where athletes can thrive. As a former college athlete, Chelsi knows firsthand the pressures of chasing peak performance—and the importance of finding joy in the journey. She has worked with athletes across various sports and competition levels, but her passion lies in supporting endurance athletes as they push past limits. Chelsi’s approach blends science and experience, guiding athletes to develop a growth mindset, set powerful yet achievable goals, master relaxation techniques, and compete with confidence. Her mission: to help you perform your best while truly loving the process.
