About this Event

Mind Management Workshop to Improve Mental Health

Good mental health is more than managing symptoms; it’s about understanding how your mind, body, and nervous system work together to create inner harmony—or disharmony.

This experiential workshop blends modern psychology, nervous system education, and yoga philosophy to help you better understand stress, emotional overwhelm, and the habits that keep you stuck in survival mode. Rather than focusing on symptoms or quick fixes, we’ll explore mental health as a practice—something that can be cultivated through awareness, regulation, and alignment.

You’ll learn:
  • How environment influences to mental health status
  • What is stress and how to work with it
  • How the nervous system shapes mood, behavior, and decision-making
  • How common coping substances can disrupt nervous system regulation, prolong stress responses, and interfere with the body’s ability to funtion optimally and recover
  • The difference between coping and adjusting to life’s stressors with greater ease
  • How yoga philosophy (beyond poses) offers practical tools for mental resilience
  • How living in greater alignment reduces inner conflict and emotional exhaustion

This workshop includes psychoeducation, gentle movement, guided practices, reflection, and discussion, and is designed to be accessible to all bodies and experience levels.

This workshop is for you if you:
  • Feel overwhelmed, mentally fatigued, or emotionally drained
  • Rely on alcohol, or other numbing strategies to manage stress or unwind and are open to exploring healthier regulation tools
  • Want practical tools for steadiness, clarity, and emotional regulation
  • Are curious about yoga philosophy as a framework for mental health
  • Are ready to move from “hanging on by a thread” to living with more ease and self-trust

No prior yoga experience is required.
