Join Susan for this unique workshop offering for women. We’ll begin with a Dynamic Energy Movement class - a standing practice rooted in qigong that matches breath with simple but specific, expansive movements, clearing the seven energy centers (chakras), calming the nervous system, and bringing the body back to center.We will then form a community circle where we will explore the power of group consciousness by doing a brief focused meditation for a specific outcome of healing for someone in the group. (Please bring a special intention for yourself or someone you love). The beauty and of this meditation is that it benefits not only the recipient of the intention, but also everyone in the circle. We will end with an open discussion and heart centered exchange.
The purpose of this workshop is to open our bodies, hearts and minds to the power of community. It will be an amazing uplifting event. We hope you will join us.

A little about Susan:
Susan Limongelli studied the ancient Chinese form of qigong during 2020 – a year we all remember - and developed a new and unique practice called Dynamic Energy Movement (DEM), based on traditional qigong but incorporating expansive movement, geometric lines, and integrative breathwork.
DEM is designed to break up negative energy in the body and move it through gently and effectively. It's a standing practice that is easy to follow and fun to do. It can be done indoors or outdoors and participants find it to be an effective release of stress and a rebalancing of the body's energy.
