Bio
Debbie Lucas MPH, MA, CH has actively worked in the field of health and wellness for over 30 years. She has worked with hospitals, major corporations, universities, and doctors’ offices, teaching, developing, and implementing educational programs designed to help individuals make healthy and positive changes. Today, Debbie combines her Masters in Public Health and Masters of Psychology to create unique mind body programs which infuse cognitive behavioral techniques such as, meditation, visualization, affirmations, goal setting and hypnotherapy. Debbie has been practicing hypnotherapy for over 30 years have found it effective for weigh loss, stress reduction, or to aid in breaking bad habits.
