Where: Beaubien Parc across from the Dairy Queen, on the corner of 9e and Beaubien!
What will we do:
5 minute warm-up, 30 min high intensity workout and stretch and mobility for 15 minutes!
What you should bring:
Gym outfit, running shoes or any shoes you can comfortably workout in. Your own yoga mat ( there will be a few available to borrow or buy in case someone forgets but there will be limited quantity). An a water bottle!

Anyone wanting to try something new, anyone wanting to get fitter no matter what your level is!
