Mind, Body, Breath: Stress Management Workshops.According to the JAMA an estimated 80 to 90 percent of visits to the doctor are stress-related, but only less than 3% of doctors talk to their patients about how to reduce stress.
The first of 3 workshops focusing on Stress reduction, stress management and a deeper understanding of what stress really is. We will explore ways to address stressful moments through breath and movement. And we will dive deep into ways to approach
stress throughout our lives.
These 3 workshops will highlight specific yogic practices that can help reduce stress and give you tools to navigate life. We will dive deep into Pranayama and movement practice, as well as explore our understanding of stress while using ancient practices to transform modern life.
The second workshop will be Feb 28, 2026, and the third will be on March 28, 2026. Feel free to attend all three or just one or two. Each workshop is a standalone workshop that will enhance the other 2.
