Join us for a harmonious and rejuvenating experience at the "Mind Body & Wellness" sound bath session, co-hosted by Healing Hearts Christian Sound Bath, and Meet Me In The Dirt on the 4th Saturday of the Month!
Over the next twelve months, Healing Hearts Christian Sound Bath is dedicated to emphasizing the significance of self-love, encompassing the holistic well-being of mind, body, and wellness. Each month, our focus will shift to a distinct aspect of overall well-being, fostering a journey of self-discovery and healing through Christian sound practices.

During these events, you'll be immersed in a soothing symphony of sounds designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore your inner balance. Dr. Tselane will use a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion, to create an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility.
To fully enjoy the sound bath, we recommend attendees to bring:
Yoga Mat, Bolster or Blanket(s): For comfort and to lie down during the sound bath.
Pillow: To support your head and neck while you relax.
Clothing: Dress in comfortable clothing, including socks, because the Meet Me In The Dirt Retreat Center gets chilly.
Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential for your well-being.
