Join us for an outdoor yoga practice in the Beer Garden at K2 Brewing followed by a beverage and social hour!Join us for an hour of yoga at K2 Brothers Brewing followed by an included beverage. This class is taught outside in the amazing K2 beer garden (weather permitting). Bring a yoga mat or towel for outdoor practice as well as sunscreen and protective clothing in case of extreme sun and heat. No experience is necessary to attend class and all adult yogis are welcome.
Classes start at 10:45 AM. Ticket sales end 45 minutes before the start of each event! A rain date will be announced if class is cancelled due to weather.
After class, we will enjoy a social hour together. Price of ticket includes the yoga class and one beverage: K2 Bros Brewing offers craft beer, cider, and NYS soda. Flights and cocktails are available for an additional fee.
Classes are led by Beth Cholette @YogiBethC and Sarah Yannello @rocfindyourpractice. You will be added to our e-newsletter once you purchase a ticket. If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, please unsubscribe at the bottom of the email when you receive it.
