This Pink & Powerful Mini Retreat is a 90-minute mind, body, and soul manifestation experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and intentionally call in your biggest dreams.
The experience will be led by Coach Meg Anderson, the founder of P&P, and a women's holistic wellness coach, community builder, and lover of all things magic!
Through a carefully curated flow of movement, meditation, visualization, and journaling, this experience helps you release old energy, anchor into clarity, and leave feeling grounded, confident, aligned, and supported by the encouragement and connection of like-minded women.
What to Expect
✨ 4:00-4:10 Arrival & Connection
Settle into the space with intention-setting prompt cards and light conversation with the women around you.
✨ 4:10-4:45 Sculpted Flow (Movement + Mindfulness)
A 35-minute bodyweight sculpt and flow blending yoga, mobility, and low-impact strength. We’ll begin with a grounding gratitude meditation and move with intention to release stress and stagnant energy.
✨ 4:45-4:55 Guided Manifestation Visualization
A 10-minute guided visualization designed to connect you with your future self and anchor belief into your nervous system.
✨ 4:55-5:30 Group Manifestation Journaling & Reflection
You’ll be guided through a Pink & Powerful manifestation ritual using a custom handout you’ll take home, and will discuss your big dreams with the women around you.
