Cy Wakeman is celebrated for her groundbreaking work in Reality-Based Leadership, a philosophy that challenges conventional workplace drama and empowers individuals to lead with accountability, resilience and clarity.
This annual lecture honors John “Jack” Koten, a founding member of The Plank Center for Leadership in Public Relations, and is designed to engage students, faculty and professionals in meaningful dialogue about leadership, communication and the future of public relations.
