About this Event
Bryan L. will teach the fun process of making a 15” or smaller sized bonsai pot. Supplied will be the rolled-out clay to make the base, walls and feet of the pot. The pot can be whatever wall height desired and can be designed how you like; smooth and simple, organic or anything in between. You will be taught a good method for making a large pot, told how to detail the pot, flip it over to put feet on it and how to slowly dry the pot.
A link to a series of short videos will be sent prior to the class on how the pot should be made. There will also be a very detailed handout describing what will be taught in class and what will need to be done at home to finish up the pot. The pot can be glazed in earthy tones or a flat green shade. (Sorry, I need to simplify it a little) More instruction to come.
Must be a MBS member in good standing to attend.
