The Association for India’s Development (AID) invites you to register to compete in the Millet Cook-Off or participate in the Taste of India Harvest Festival.

🌾 Harvest Festival Showcase (Non-Competitive)
Harvest Festival dishes will NOT be judged. This is a cultural showcase, where participants can bring a traditional dish of their choice prepared during harvest festivals such as Pongal, Lohri, Makar Sankranti, Bihu, and many others celebrated across different regions and states of India.

AID is a volunteer-driven organization working towards sustainable farming, strengthening local livelihoods, and addressing malnutrition in underserved communities. Promoting millets supports farmer resilience and nutritional security.
