Do you long for those lazy summer days of play when you were a kid and got to go to Summer Camp? Here’s your chance for some fun in the sun, connection with others, and games that recall those summer memories. This afternoon is a nod to Summer Camp, except made for adults! We will play games in the grass like coffee bag foot races, water balloon toss, watermelon eating contest, and dodge ball! Plus, we'll chant and do some breathwork and SUP yoga (BYOSUP). Bring SUP if you have one, towels, sunscreen, umbrella, hydration/water, frisbees, and hula hoops.Suggestion: come after attending the 9:30AM or 12:00PM Power Flow at the Bend studio!
