STAMPEDE IS COMING! Our annual 5k run, 3k walk, and Kids Fun Run (¼ mile for children 10 and under) is March 2, 2024! Race, run, or walk through historic Miller Park, the surrounding neighborhood, and Miller Park Zoo. The 5k is the first on the Lake Run Club (LRC) calendar for the year and is a certified course!Check out our course maps at https://mpzs.org/stampede, our 5k course is USATF certified! Start off running season with a personal best or race to beat your time from last year.
Kids Fun Run begins at 9:30 AM
3K/5K begins at 10:00 AM
Packet pickup will be at Miller Park Pavilion Friday from 4 pm - 6 pm and Saturday (RACE DAY!), 8 am - 10 am.

Proceeds from this year’s event will help restore the Miller Park Zoo Carousel. The Zoological Society raises funds that support our mission and partnership with the Zoo.
