Join us October 18 at 10 a.m. for our Mill Crossing Kickoff & Community Celebration.To kickoff construction, we will host a short ceremony with several speakers. Our homeownership, volunteer, and construction teams will be on-site to share plans and answer questions. Light refreshments provided.
The Yelm affordable homeownership development will feature 22 homes. The homes are a mix of 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes and 2-bedroom cottages.
