Full Details of this Milky Way Imaging Workshop will be added in due course, but again this is a DSLR Worskhop with Seán doing Wide Field Imaging for the Milky Way and showing you just what you can achieve without a Star Tracker and some simple maths :)This is a late night workshop from 2345 to 0230hrs on the night of 31st May, as the Core and Band will create an amazing Arc Across the early morning sky giving an amazing shot with an 18mm or smaller lens, but any lens will do, because you'll still get some stunning images, especailly with the light at Mornington.
All you need is your camera, a tripod, a lens that with an aperture of f/2.8 or less and plenty of snacks and fluids to keep you going. It's going to be a lot of fun to see what people get, and how to tackle Light Pollution from Dublin when doing Astro-imaging.
