Wish you had some quality instruction to help take your Milky Way photography to the next level? Come learn from professional photographer, Lynn Cromer, and other passionate photographers during this two day and two night Milky Way Photography workshop.Each of the Lesson Plans below are for the classroom portion of the workshop. Friday and Saturday nights there will be instructors available to demonstrate and assist with each of the days classroom instructions.
Basics Session:
Friday 4 pm and Saturday 10 am
Each student should bring a laptop computer with the latest version of Lightroom Classic installed, their camera, and their camera manual. Topics to be covered in the Basic Workshop include:
- Equipment
- Helpful apps
- Planning your shoot
- How to actually photograph the Milky Way
- Processing in Lightroom demonstration
Each night instructors will be available to assist you with shooting.
Advanced Session:
Saturday 2pm
Each student should bring a laptop computer with the latest version of Lightroom Classic, Sequator (Win) or Starry Landscape Stacker (Mac), and latest version of Photoshop installed. Basic Workshop attendance is recommended prior to attending the Advanced Workshop. Topics to be covered in the Advanced Workshop include:
- Short review of basics
- Image stacking
- Panorama
- Star trails
- Foreground Low Level Lighting (LLL)
Each night instructors will be available to assist you in shooting.
