Join us during NYC Craft Beer Week for a lovely pairing of 4 different Niteglow Brewery beers (brewed with NY Grown barley from Valley Malt), served with Valley Malt's Ground Up Grains baked cookies!
You're probably thinking - normally you would enjoy milk with your cookies. However, we decided it would be even more exciting to serve these delicious cookies with a "Milk Pour" aka "Mlíko" of our beer from our Lukr beer taps.
These faucets allow us to pour our beers with varying degrees of delicious, sweet, creamy wet foam - unlike any beer pour you’ve probably had in the states. The foam is like steamed milk & crema on your espresso - super light, rich and full of aromatics. You can read more about it here.
We're excited to share these amazing cookies and beers which showcase the lovely Northeastern terroir around us!
This is a ticketed, after hours event and space is limited. Please RSVP and arrive promptly for service. We will be pouring and serving each beer & cookie course in order leading up to a surprise treat in the final course!
