Four hour seminar on 19th century Military Saber. We will cover basics including footwork, stance, posture, weapon grip and movement. Then will proceed with learning cuts, guards, solo and partner drills. We will also introduce participants to Polish saber and use of bayonet and off hand weapons.
This will be a physically intensive class, particularly for shoulders, elbows and forearms. Please bring appropriate physical aids if you use them. (elbow/ wrist braces, etc). There will be a 45 minute lunch break.

Fencing helmets, and sabers will be provided. Ages 13 and up (exceptions will be made for younger students based on maturity level).
