I'm thankful to realize a decades-long dream, as I travel to Aix-en-Provençe in the South of France, where Darius Milhaud spent the first 17 years of his life. While in Aix, I'll have the opportunities to experience the local music festivals, visit Milhaud's childhood home at the Logis du Bras d' Or, and tour the beautiful eponymous Conservatoire Darius Milhaud.
