Our Couch To 5K graduation for our January C25K groups will be split between Peel and Alexandra parkruns to try and ensure all of our runners have a local event to go to. Please do come down and support our newest MileShyers.The run starts at 9am and we'll start congregating by the start line around 8.30am. Look out for the bee tees!
