We’ll kick off the day at Brooks Park in Harwich, with registration opening at 7:30 AM and the event beginning at 8:15 AM. Participants of all ages and experience levels are welcome—we're here to move together in support of wellness and connection.Enjoy the beautiful views of the Cape Cod Rail Trail as we journey toward Brewster and return to Brooks Park, where we’ll gather for refreshments and meaningful conversations.
