The Milan Design Week bike tour offers an exhilarating journey through the city's design hotspots. Starting at La Stazione delle Biciclette at 2:30 PM on April 20, 2024, participants will explore galleries, museums, and exhibition spaces showcasing the latest in design and innovation.
The tour includes 2-3 stops, including Design Palazzo Austria, where the lightest longtail cargo bike is exhibited, and Rinascente Milano, featuring folding bikes alongside insights into their development.
The tour concludes back at La Stazione delle Biciclette around 6:30 PM, followed by a talk at 7:00 PM with Valentin Vodev, Founder and Head of Design, and Gabrielle Diamanti, a "compasso d'oro" designer and bicycle enthusiast, along with an aperitivo and music. Participants are welcome to join the After Bike Tour party to try out bikes on location.
Spaces are limited, so advance registration is recommended. Participants can also bring their own bikes. Additionally, there's the opportunity to test bicycles from Vello and Tenways. Let us know if you wish to test a bike or if you'll be bringing your own.
