From his humble beginnings with a beat-up Lyle guitar to international success with The Romantics, Mike Skill's musical journey spans over five decades. Rooted in Detroit, Skill's passion ignited as a teen playing psychedelic rock with friends and evolved through punk influences in New York's CBGB scene. As a founding member of The Romantics, Skill co-wrote iconic hits like "What I Like About You" and "Talking in Your Sleep", blending raw energy and creativity. Despite challenges, his determination and talent continue to shine as he tours with the band today.

is a group of rock and roll irregulars operating out of the sordid lounges and nightclubs of Portland, OR. Their acrid brew of influences emit top notes of first wave punk, no-wave tumult and seedy R&B with a base note of mutant-flophouse country and western. This is no rehashing of bygone genres du jour, but a rallying cry heard ‘round the greater Portland Metropolitan Area: can you dig it?
