About the show:
Award winning artist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Mike Hicks returns to the stage as leader for the first time in over a year, presenting an evening of soulful original music. Having performed or recorded with numerous artists including Buddy Guy, Michael McDonald, Lizz Wright, Keb’ Mo’, Rascal Flats, Amy Grant, Brooks and Dunn, Derek Minor, Jonny Lang, Taylor Hicks, among many more, Mike’s music draws on a wide array of influences, from jazz, blues, gospel, and R&B, yet always retains the honesty and transparency that has become a signature characteristic of his songs. Joining Mike will be longtime bandmates Tyrus Sass on organ, Court Clement on guitar, Zach Witcher on bass, and Josh Reynolds on drums. Come hear one of Nashville’s most beloved artists in a night of feel-good, soulful, funky music.
