Mighty Moose Throwdown 2024 REGISTRATION IS IN THE LINK FOR TICKETS!
Columbia CrossFit is excited to announce we will be partnering with The Main Moose again to host our 3nd Annual CrossFit Competition (The Mighty Moose Throwdown) on June 8th, 2024 (Rain Date June 15th 2024).
This is a same sex partner competition with Rx+, Rx, Masters (40+) and Scaled Divisions. Workouts will run over the course of the morning and afternoon. More information regarding heats, times and workouts will be provided on our Facebook events page, on the Mighty Moose Throwdown Instagram account and through email as we get closer to the competition.
Prizes awarded to the following areas and divisions:
1) Affiliate Cup: This award will go to the affiliate that has the highest number of represented participants! – Announced at Opening Ceremony! - Mighty Moose Throwdown 2024 – Affiliate Cup Banner to Hang at Your Gym! - Affiliate Cup - Affiliate Cup Swag to Rep at the Comp!
2) Rx+ Division (Men and Women) - First Place $500 Cash Prize, Award and Swag Bag - Second Place Cash Prize, Award and Swag Bag - Third Place Cash Prize, Award and Swag Bag
3) Rx, Masters, Scaled - Awards and Swag Bags. All athletes are guaranteed 3 workouts and a floater workout. Must register before 5/11 to get a Competition T-Shirt and custom Team lane assignment sign. Top four Teams from Rx+ and Rx divisions will go to the final. Who is excited for a great day of summer fun and fitness at The Mighty Moose Throwdown!?! Workouts and standards are listed below.

We are shooting for keeping the event on June 8th IN THE EVENT THAT WE NEED TO CHANGE TO OUR RAIN DATE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. When you get to the competition you will need to have both team members present with a valid driver's license or ID card, and sign Columbia CrossFit's waiver of liability before participation.
