MIG Workshop: Intro to machine learning for biological data

This course will introduce major concepts of machine learning, with application in life sciences. 

You will learn how to evaluate the performance of machine learning models, assess overfitting and choose the parameters of the methods using cross-validation. We will practice on a few examples.
