We will explore proven comfort measures, targeted maternal positions, and biomechanical techniques designed to encourage optimal fetal rotation,
promote descent, and support a more efficient, comfortable birthing experience.
And We will discuss pain management tools for labor—both physical and emotional—as well as specific techniques that can help when a baby remains at 0 station, including targeted movements, body mechanics, and encouraging optimal fetal positioning.
