Hi,I would like to invite you to attend the Midwest Reptile 2 Day EXPO. This expo will be held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in Indianapolis, IN April 26-27, 2025. The Midwest Reptile show is normally a one-day event with 150 tables and an attendance of 1,400-2,000 people. It is one of the oldest shows in the country, established in 1993. Vendor space has been sold out for several years now, as this show has proven to be one of the best in the country as well.
This year, we are hosting a two-day event in a much larger facility that can hold 200+ pipe and drape booths. The show will be coinciding with the famous Oddities and Curiosities Expo that brings in 15,000-20,000 attendees. This will be a huge draw for both shows and a unique opportunity to be able to attend both expos on the same weekend. Our projected attendance for the weekend will be 5,000-7,000 people.
For advertising, we are pulling out all the stops. We have contracted five Highway billboards around Indianapolis interstates and will be doing Google and Facebook ads, ensuring maximum turnout.
If you are interested in vending, you can reserve booth space through our website (midwestreptile.com/expo). We are offering in-line booths (8 x 10’) for $200 each and end-cap booths (8 x 10’) for $300 each. Full end-cap booths are $600. Electricity is free (500 watts per booth). Space is limited. If you are simply looking to attend that weekend, one-day tickets are $15.00 per adult and $5.00 per child (10 and under). VIP tickets are available for $50.00 each and will allow you to attend the Friday set up and enter the show one hour earlier than general admission on Saturday and Sunday. Admission tickets are also available on our website.
