- Competition includes 3 scored workouts with a “finale” workout for top 5 teams in advanced and intermediate divisions.
- Required skills:
— Advanced: deadlift 225/155, overhead squat 115/85, clean and jerk 185/125, snatch 155/105, toes-to-bar, bar muscle ups
— Intermediate: deadlift 185/135, overhead squat 95/65, clean and jerk 135/95, snatch 115/75, kipping-knee-raises, kipping pull ups
- Cost: $120/team
- Prizes include cash prizes and swag bags!
