Entries are now open for the Annual Midweek Doubles and Singles Champs.
Entries to be sent to Sandra McL at [email protected] or written on the notice on Clubroom Midweek Board by Monday 29 April.
Entry to the Midweek Champs is restricted to ladies who either play Midweek interclub for our Club or who attend at least three Wednesday social mornings.
Players can either enter as a pair or as a single and we will match you up with an available player.
We encourage entry into the Singles Champs which was not played last year for the first time due to lack of entries. Playing a singles game is not as scary as it seems and is great for your tennis!!

Entries are invited for the Midweek Singles Tennis Champs. This year the draw will be played over 2/3 weeks with the finals played on completion of the rounds. There will be a singles Plate for the first-round losers. All levels of players encouraged to enter.
In order to speed up the games and to encourage more to enter we have changed the match format from, best of 3 sets, to, best of 9 games - tie break at 8 all, in the lead up rounds and best of 3 sets only in the finals.
For the draw to run smoothly all competitors must complete their game in each round within 7 days.
The winner of each match must email the result to Sandra at the above address as soon as the match is completed so the next round can be organized.
Matches will be arranged by the participants and played at times convenient to both.
