Relax and reset your nervous system with Amie Crites & Kristy Sanders at The Zen Den every Wednesday from 6:30pm to 7:30 pm with an intuitive guided meditation, reiki, and sound healing.We only have 10 spots available each week. Please DM Kristy or I to let us know you are attending and select going inside the event page. This is a donation-based offering with a recommended amount of $5-$20. Please don't let money stop you from coming. Bring water, and mat, pillow and blanket for extra comfort. Some are provided.

Meet your guides:
Amie is the owner and operator of Speak 2 Your Soul Inc and The Zen Den. She is a reiki master, speaker, teacher, and author who focuses on emotional regulation and self-actualization. She offers intuitive reiki, soul embodiment coaching, and oracle readings at The Zen Den.
Kristy is the owner of Kosmic Sunshine Enchantments. She is an intuitive reiki practitioner offering reiki and oracle readings at The Zen Den. She also makes soothing salt soaks and scrubs, beard oil, and roller blends for the chakra system and overall well-being.
