Take a mindful pause in the middle of your week. This gentle, guided meditation circle is open to all experience levels and offers a quiet, grounding space to breathe, release, and reconnect. Each week explores different techniques such as breathwork, visualization, body scans, and intention setting.
Whether you're a beginner or experienced meditator, this session invites you to reset your nervous system, build inner awareness, and carry calm into the rest of your week.
Please note: this event takes place on the second level of our building, which is not currently accessible. Participants must be comfortable using stairs.
