Midway are a 3 piece psychedelic/surf rock band coming out of Newcastle, NSW. The trio consisting of Jordan Snowden (Guitar, Vocals), Mason Cappiello (Bass, Vocals) and Kade Winfield (Drums) have been taking their sound up and down the east coast of New South Wales and are hitting the stage at the Adamstown Bowlo again for a massive headline gig supported by Poltergeist 9000 + Handsome Alice.Along the way the boys have played with the likes of Pacific Avenue, Crocodylus, Lazy Ghost and Eliza and The Delusionals. 2023 saw Midway release 2 singles and their debut EP ‘Happy As Larry’, establishing their psychedelic infused surf rock sound. Taking inspiration from acts like Hockey Dad, The Grogans, and These New South Whales, Midway have started to create their own blend of Surf Rock, Psychedelia and Punk. Based on Awabakal land.
