Join Midtown Runs yoga instructor Shyla while she provided a 45 min yoga routine specific to runners. This class targets the muscle groups that allow us to continue to sustain an enjoyable run, jog or training with a deep stretch This is a free event!
The class is held in the Oak Room at Bombays Bicycle Club.
Session will start at 10am so all attendees should arrive earlier
Bombays encourages you to hang out and enjoy after our session! From 11-1 all participants can enjoy special $3 Mimosas or Frozen Margaritas (lime only) and 1/2 off one appetizer of your choice.
