Event Policies:
- Tickets are non-refundable in the event that the concert is canceled due to inclement weather after 3pm.
- Tickets are non-transferable to a future date unless otherwise communicated.
- Tickets required for entry. Have your barcode or printed PDF ready to be scanned at the entrance.
- No Re-entry. Once you enter the event, re-entry is not permitted.
- No Weapons Allowed. Bags checked upon entry.
- Beverage & food options available to purchase on-site. (To-Go food from North Hills restaurant retailers is allowed but to-go drinks are not.)
- No outside alcohol allowed. One sealed bottle of water allowed per person.
- Lawn chairs and blankets welcome. No umbrellas.
- Well-behaved pets on a leash are welcome.
- No outside solicitation.
