Enjoy a wonderful evening under the stars with the Midsummer Mozart Festival Orchestra, a Bay Area Institution, celebrating its 50th Anniversary Season with the music of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart including the late Piano Concerto No. 24 in C minor with soloist John Wilson pianist of the San Francisco Symphony, and Mozart’s last great Symphony No. 41 in C major, “The Jupiter”.
American pianist John Wilson has performed extensively in North America, and Europe. As a soloist he has performed with the San Francisco Symphony, New World Symphony, Chamber Orchestra of New York, Chamber Orchestra of San Antonio, Napa Valley Symphony Orchestra, and both the New Amsterdam Symphony and Orchestra Camerata Notturna in New York, NY. He made his Marin Symphony debut in April 2024 playing Shostakovich Piano Concerto No. 1 with Mo. Daniel Stewart.
