Are you struggling to navigate midlife and the menopause? Our carousel of empowering workshop sessions provides the opportunity for a Midlife Reset and includes:
- exploring the impact of colour, and a colour analysis demonstration
- a pro-age discussion and activities around body positivity
- a brow-mapping demonstration
- an informal discussion on the benefits of permanent makeup
- a nutrition workshop with the Nourishment Coach
- a 'Your Best You' dicussion and workshop with Angie Lendon - Temple Spa, covering menopausal solutions for skin, body and soul!
