🌸 New Support Group for Ladies in Midlife 🌸

Are you navigating the ups and downs of midlife and looking to connect with other women who truly get it? Come and join our Midlife Ladies Support Group — a friendly, welcoming space to share, laugh, and learn together. 💕

🗓 When: Second Wednesday of each month

⏰ Time: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

📍 Where: Community Room, Waitrose Lincoln

Each month we’ll explore different topics — from self-care and wellbeing to lifestyle and balance. Throughout the year, we’ll also have guest speakers, informative talks, and evenings that are simply about chatting, connecting, and having a giggle.
