About this Event
What's this event about?
The event will be using the Standard cardpool with the most recent banlist. We will be using Single Sided Swiss, so each round will be 40 minutes long, and you will only play one game.
This is a competitive-level event, but with slightly shorter tournament structure due to only having one day to run the event. Unless we get significantly fewer or more players than expected, we will be playing six rounds, followed by a single-elimination cut to top 8.
As always, proxies will be legal at this tournament. If you need any last-minute printing, reach out to us with a list of cards by 12pm on Wednesday 12th March, and we'll make sure they're ready for you on the day. Limited printing is avaible on-the-day for a fee.
Due to space at our venue, the cap for this event is STRICTLY 48 players! Please make sure you buy a ticket ASAP to avoid disappointment - leftover tickets will also be available first-come, first-served on the door.
Where are we playing?
We will be running nets at Games Haven - these are the same people who hosted us last-year, but with a brand new name and a brand new location! Due to the central location, there's lots of nearby parking, including limited parking outside the venue. There's nearby on-street parking too, and multi-storey car parks ~10min walk away. Games Haven is also ~15min walk from Nottingham Railway Station.
What can I win?
Exclusive prizing and promos are available to Regionals attendees! Additional prizing will be announced soon, and the event will also be supported with a District tournament kit - full details on Always Be Running.
