Santa is coming to Downtown Midland!Join us on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, for one of Midland’s most magical traditions, the Santa House Arrival and Courthouse Lighting Ceremony.
At 6:00 PM, Santa and Mrs. Claus will begin their journey over the Tridge, making their way to Main Street, where they’ll be greeted by the community outside the Midland County Courthouse. Around 6:30 PM, Santa will receive the keys to his home and light up both the Santa House and Courthouse, officially kicking off the holiday season in Downtown Midland.
It’s a night filled with cheer, sparkling lights, and the spirit of community. Families young and old are invited to gather, sing along, sip cocoa, and share in the joy that makes Midland shine this time of year.
Located at the corner of M-20 and Main Street, next to the Courthouse, the Midland Area Santa House has been a beloved local tradition since 1987, made possible through the generosity of donors and volunteers supported by the Midland Area Community Foundation.
🎄 Mark your calendars, bundle up, and bring your holiday spirit. The lights will shine, the magic will begin, and Santa’s house will officially open for the season.
