Using the 5-part Max Meditation™ System, you'll be guided through breathwork and gentle neurolinguistic techniques to calm the body and mind. A short visualization opens the door to a deeper passive meditation, followed by a sacred sound practice known as kotodama. We close with space to gently return and share.
