The workshop y'all have been asking for! In this workshop, Vanessa will cover everything involved in being able to achieve the middle splits. The focus is on the actual form and technique required to train the body to access our middle splits. The secret is to develop a strong foundation to safely and correctly perform a beautiful split. You will be provided with pre warm-up exercises, warm-up exercises, specific & targeted exercises, and then we will end with practice getting into and out of our splits. It's important to know where you are at within your splits practice, and know that with practice and repetition, you will gradually be able to achieve your splits goals.
