A four-week developmental program for middle school girls in grades 6, 7, & 8 to learn and improve their skills in preparation for the upcoming interscholastic season. This program is designed to provide an introductory experience to the sport of volleyball by providing instruction in basic skills, teamwork, rules, and strategy through high-quality coaching. Playing time is guaranteed and athletes will be provided a quality experience without the time commitment, cost, and travel required of more competitive club teams. This League is intended for athletes with little to no experience and may not be suited for athletes involved in competitive club teams.Tryout: Monday January 5, 6:00 - 7:30pm (Check-in at 5:30pm at the SDC front counter.)
Practice Days/Times: Wednesdays, January 7, 14, 21, 28, 6:00 - 7:30pm
Scrimmage Days/Times: Fridays, January 9, 16, 23, 6:00 - 7:30pm
Tournament: Friday, January 30, 6:00 - 7:30pm
Girls, Currently in Grades 6-8
$90/participant; $75/additional sibling
