For those entering grades 7 & 8. Learn the basics of athletic-based fitness training and develop speed, explosiveness, agility, strength, & conditioning. Students who complete the class and pass the Free-Weight Safety Test can use the PHS Fitness Center independently.Instructor: Julie Frausto
