Having its roots in Egypt, it has, over the centuries surfaced in Turkey, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, the Mediterranean and beyond. We will learn the traditional movements and expressions of this art form ... and have a good workout, simultaneously Classes are taught by TMS instructor Kimberly Guanciale from Syracuse NY.
