I anledning af gruppeudstillingen “Super High End Underground”, der stiller skarpt på krydsfeltet mellem kunst og mode, inviterer Nikolaj Kunsthal til middag anført af kok Eva Hurtigkarl.Vi tror på det fælles måltid som katalysator for nysgerrige og berigende samtaler, og vi har inviteret to udstillingsaktuelle kunstnere til at fortælle om deres arbejde – og deltage i den uformelle middag.
??????? ?. ??. ??????? ???????? ???????? ??? ?????, og fredag d. 23. februar lægger kunstnerduoen O Future vejen forbi. Både Ava Samii og O Future er en del af udstillingen “Super High End Underground”.

Kl. 19:00: Fælles middag. Glæd dig til at smage:
· Foccacia med salvie
· Pocherede porrer med sauce gribiche
· Bagte gulerødder med urtecreme
· Røget fiskesalat med kapers
· Tærte med svampe og palmekål
· Radicchio med fennikel og oliven
· Appelsinkage med olivenolie og mascarponecreme
Kl. 21:30: Tak for i aften.
Middagen foregår i Nikolaj Kunsthals nyrenoverede café, der designet og udformet af MEE Studio. Drikkevarer tilkøbes i baren.

??? ????? er MFA-studerende på Det Kongelige Danske Kunstakademis Billedkunstskoler, Billedhuggerskolen Charlottenborg. Gennem medierne skulptur, performance og installation søger Samii at skabe en dialog mellem alternative udgaver af bevidsthed, åndelighed, identitet og den fysisk verden.

Dinner with: Eva Hurtigkarl feat. Ava Samii.
On the occasion of the group exhibition “Super High End Underground”, focusing on the cross-section of art and fashion, Nikolaj Kunsthal invites you to dinner led by chef Eva Hurtigkarl.
We believe in the shared meal as a catalyst for curious and enriching conversations, and we have invited two artists to talk about their work in the current exhibition – and to participate in the informal dinner.
On Thursday 22. February, artist Ava Samii will participate, and on Friday 23. February, the artist duo O Future will stop by. Both Ava Samii og O Future are a part of the exhibition “Super High End Underground”.
The Programme of the Evening:
At 18:30: The doors open – opportunity to experience the exhibition “Super High End Underground”
before dinner.
At 19:00: Shared dinner. Look forward to tasting:
· Foccacia with sage
· Poached leeks with sauce gribiche
· Baked carrots with herb cream
· Smoked fish salad with capers
· Pie with mushrooms and palm cabbage
· Radicchio with fennel and olives
· Orange cake with olive oil and mascarpone cream
At 21:30: Thanks for tonight.
The dinner will take place at Nikolaj Kunsthal’s newly renovated café, designed by MEE Studio. Drinks can be purchased in the bar.

Eva Hurtigkarl is a trained chef and runs the daily canteen for the fashion company GANNI. In addition, she makes dinners and artistic snacks for companies such as Montana Furniture and Le Labo Fragrances.
Ava Samii is an MFA student at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts’, The School of Sculpture Charlottenborg.Through the mediums of sculpture, performance and installation, Samii seeks to create a dialogue between alternative versions of consciousness, spirituality, identity and the physical world.
