7pm - 7:15pm - check in & get comfortable
7:15pm - 8pm - guided meditation, visualization and sound bath will:
✔Increase focus, clarity & creativity
✔Calm your mind and body
✔Help you harnesses the power of our subconscious mind and tap into your intuition
✔Release of any blocked energy, anxiety or emotions.
8pm - 9pm - journal and create a Vision Board that will:
✔Help build an emotional connection to continue to motivate you post party
✔Learn techniques to continue to practice to help achieve goals
✔Bring your vision to reality with your vision board through pictures, words to continue to inspire you through your journey
