The Office of Talent Development and Performance Management is pleased to announce the start of the City of Detroit’s performance evaluation process. The Mid-Year Review process is an essential component of the performance management process. Completing this training will offer you an opportunity to learn about the Mid-Year Review process.
Follow the steps below to complete the Mid-Year Review Seminar training:

Select the Register button on the screen.
Register for the course.
Return to this screen and select the following link: https://elearning.easygenerator.com/a66ff429-c73b-478a-a3cd-461c2c8b994b/ to access the online training.
On the Welcome screen, select Sign Up.
On the Create Account screen in the Name field, type your name.
In the Email field, type your city email address.
In the Password field, (create and) type a password.
Select the Sign-Up button.
Complete the course.
Select the icon in the top right corner if you need to log out.
Select Log Out.
If you need to log in again, select Log In at the top of the Welcome screen.
In the Email field, type your city email address.
In the Password field, type your password.
Select the Login button.
