Mid-Year Life Audit with Ambitiously You

We made it halfway through 2024! How are you feeling? It is time to check in with your wellness and goals by completing a mid-year life audit.

Cierra, a master of psychology with a special interest in mental health and wellness, will take you through her life audit system to help you evaluate and reflect on different areas of your life.

After a bit of reflection, you will use what you learn to recalibrate your goals and set intentions for the remainder of the year by creating a digital mood board (don’t forget to bring a device such as an iPad (preferred), laptop (preferred), or your phone). Lastly, Cierra will help you narrow down an intentional word/phrase for the year and create a custom vinyl decal for you to display on your mirror or any flat surface. After this process, you will feel more aligned and ready to take on the rest of 2024!

Participants will leave with their completed audit worksheets, priorities/goals for the remainder of the year, and a custom vinyl decal with their intention for the remainder of the year.
